Ryleon expands into moulded fibre packaging

Stockholm, Sweden – 29/04/2025 – Ryleon, a leading provider of sustainable packaging and security solutions, announces the acquisition of Tomeco Pulp Systems Sp. z o.o., a fast-growing Polish manufacturer of bespoke protective packaging in moulded fiber. The acquisition strengthens Ryleon’s position in sustainable packaging and marks its entry into the Polish market.

Tomeco specialises in highly customised packaging solutions for industrial goods, offering a sustainable alternative to expanded polystyrene (EPS). The business unit serves customers across the electronics, whitegoods, and automotive sectors in Poland, Germany, and Italy. Tomeco’s unique moulded fiber technology reduces plastic waste while ensuring safe transport of complex and heavy goods.

Founded in 2015, Tomeco has demonstrated consistent growth, supported by strong customer relationships, a proven track record of value creation, and recent investments in production capacity. The business unit operates its own manufacturing facility in Czeladź, just outside Katowice.
