Ryleon strengthens sustainable packaging platform with acquisition of EGI

Stockholm, Sweden – 09/10/2025 – Ryleon, a leading European provider of sustainable packaging and security solutions, is proud to announce the acquisition of Ezee Group International Limited. (EGI), a fast-growing provider of customised molded fiber packaging solutions with operations in both the UK and US.
Founded in 2015 and led by Managing Director Natalie Davies, together with Warren Davies and Andy Barnwell. EGI specialises in designing and developing high-quality molded fiber packaging made from recycled materials. EGI’s products offer a sustainable alternative to plastic, EPS and foam packaging while delivering high performance and exceptional protection.
With its tailored approach and bespoke service, EGI supports a wide range of applications, spanning beverages, coatings and paint, perishables, food, white goods, and home improvement. The company operates from its UK headquarters and through a wholly owned US subsidiary, providing a strong platform for further international growth.
